Alright... Time for a quick addition to our growing Toy Story lore. The two Pixar movies involve a bad guy named "Zurg." Sometimes, for dramamtic effect, he is called "Evil Emperor Zurg."
Miles has a toy Buzz who sometimes fights this particular bad guy. Only, in our house, he is known as "Evil Lover Zurg."
...I guess "em-per-or" was just too big a word for Miles to hold in his head. But he knew it ended with an "-er." And ya' gotta admit, "Evil Lover" has a certain ring to it!
Take yourself back to the '80s, and can you hear that Phil Collins/ Phil Bailey hit in your mind? "He's an E-VIL lover! ...He'll take your heart but you won't feel it. Like no other. Before you know it you'll be on your knees...."
I am awash in the pop hits of my youth, thanks to this small slip of a little tongue.
